What to expect at the photo shoot?
Introduction - Get to know your location or event space, this is vitally important to set the scene and ensure we can plan the best shots, be relaxed and understand how we are going to work in our chosen area.
Plan - I always come with a loose plan to enable an efficient, fluid and cost effective photo shoot.
Props and settings - Arrangement of props to assist in the photo shoot.
Photo shoot - The fun begins... Say cheese!!! (Does anyone actually say cheese anymore…ha ha).

What to expect after the photo shoot (editing phase)?
Filter best images - Firstly I go through all the images on my photography management tool and filter down all the best images.
UNEDITED slideshow sent to customer - I then send you these images in the form of a digital slideshow to review and bring back some good memories from the day. All these images are unedited at this moment.
Pick your favourite images - Your job is to then select your favourite images you would like to purchase in your chosen media i.e. digital image, print, framed, canvas etc
Final edit - The final part is I EDIT your chosen images to a high and professional standard using Adobe Photo Suite and send the digital images to you via our online business shared drive. You then copy these images to your computer. If other products are selected (physical ones), these will be send via the postal system.
How do I receive my Voucher?
To encourage using less paper and environmental choices, once you purchase the voucher we will send an email which will have a digital copy of your voucher. If required, we can also send a printed version out to you.
What does the Voucher include?
This voucher will include a 1-1.5hr photoshoot and 1 Free high res edited digital images which you can select from the images taken on the day.
Returns & Refunds
Gift vouchers for photo shoot experiences bought on our website or over the phone have a 14 day returns policy for a full refund. Please get in touch to discuss if this is needed.

Expiry date - Voucher lasts for 1 year from date of purchase.
Photo shoot time - 1 hour.
Distance/Area - The Voucher can be used within a 1 hour drive radius of Newbury, Berkshire, UK.
